3.5 crown999 conducts Know Your Customer (KYC) verification on all Members. You agree to provide such documentation as crown999 may reasonably require, including but not limited to: government-issued photographic identification, proof of address, and source of funds documentation where required by applicable compliance obligations.
4.1 All deposits and withdrawals on crown999 are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Accepted payment methods include Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, and Public Bank. crown999 does not accept cash deposits.
4.2 Minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits are as published on the Platform and may be varied by crown999 from time to time. Members with elevated VIP tier status may be subject to higher withdrawal limits as determined by crown999 at its sole discretion.
4.3 Withdrawal requests are subject to completed KYC verification. Unverified Accounts may not process withdrawals. crown999 targets eWallet withdrawal processing within 15 minutes of approval; however, processing times may vary and crown999 does not guarantee specific processing timeframes.
4.4 crown999 reserves the right to conduct additional verification on withdrawal requests. Withdrawals may be delayed where crown999 reasonably suspects irregular activity, fraud, or breach of these Terms.
4.5 All deposits must originate from a payment method registered in the Member's own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted.
5.1 crown999 offers various promotions and bonus schemes to eligible Members. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside the relevant promotion in addition to these general Terms.
5.2 Bonus Funds credited to a Member's Account are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements, game eligibility, minimum odds, and expiry periods are specified in each individual promotion's terms.
5.3 crown999 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotion or bonus offer at any time and without prior notice. In the event of cancellation, any Bonus Funds already credited and partially subject to active wagering will be subject to a pro-rata treatment as determined by crown999.
5.4 Bonuses are issued for recreational play only and may not be used in conjunction with any betting strategy designed to circumvent wagering requirements. crown999 may void bonuses and associated winnings if it determines, in its reasonable judgement, that a Member has misused a promotion.
5.5 Only one active Welcome Bonus may be claimed per Member, per household address, per device, and per IP address.
6.1 All bets placed on crown999 are final once confirmed. It is the Member's sole responsibility to verify the accuracy of a bet prior to confirmation.
6.2 In the event of a technical malfunction, communication failure, or system error that affects a game or betting event, crown999 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to Members' Wallets.
6.3 crown999 reserves the right to limit stakes, refuse bets, or restrict access to specific game types or markets at its sole discretion and without providing reasons.
6.4 Sportsbook bets are settled in accordance with the rules published in the Sportsbook section of the Platform. In circumstances not covered by published rules, crown999's decision shall be final and binding.
6.5 Live casino game outcomes are determined by physical events occurring in certified studios. Game results as recorded by crown999 systems shall be considered definitive.

8.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal recreational use only. This licence does not include any right to reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Platform content.
9.1 The crown999 Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, crown999 disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
9.2 crown999 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, or interruption to service.

11.1 crown999 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any Account at any time for breach of these Terms, at the conclusion of a fraud investigation, or in compliance with applicable legal obligations.
11.2 Upon termination for cause, crown999 may withhold the Account balance pending investigation. Where a breach is confirmed, crown999 may forfeit all funds in the Account.
11.3 A Member may close their Account voluntarily at any time by contacting support. Upon voluntary closure, any real-money balance (net of outstanding Bonus Funds that have not met applicable wagering requirements) will be returned to the Member subject to standard withdrawal processing.
These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of the jurisdiction in which crown999 holds its operating licence. Members agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the relevant courts for the resolution of any dispute not resolved through crown999's internal dispute resolution process.
